Handmade Guarantee ♡

Every Aura Alta piece is handmade with love, care and attention to detail. While our pieces are designed to be worn and loved, handmade jewelry is delicate by nature... and sometimes life happens. 

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds. If your piece arrives damaged or experiences an issue, we’re happy to take care of you through our replacement policy below. 

Within 30 days of delivery:
If your piece breaks or has a craftsmanship issue within the first 30 days, email us a photo of the damaged piece along with your order number. We’ll replace it free of charge.

After 30 days:
We still want you to be able to enjoy your piece. If you haven’t already received a replacement, damaged pieces are eligible for our 50% off replacement program after the 30-day guarantee period. Send us a photo along with your order number, and we’ll provide 50% off a replacement of the same piece or a comparable piece if the original design is no longer available.

One replacement per purchased item:
Each purchased item is eligible for one replacement total. If you receive a complimentary replacement within the first 30 days, that item will no longer be eligible for a discounted replacement later. If you don’t use your replacement during the first 30 days, your item remains eligible for one replacement at 50% off after the guarantee period.

Our guarantee covers damage to your piece, but does not cover lost or missing items, intentional damage, or pieces that have been significantly altered after purchase.
